Private workflow
Terms of use
These terms describe authorized use of Supplier Price Tracker, the operator’s private self-hosted n8n workflow, and the information at tracker.school-psychologist.com. Contact: mikethepsy@gmail.com.
1. Authorized use
Use is limited to the operator and people explicitly authorized by the operator. This site does not offer public account registration or access to the n8n installation. Use the workflow only with accounts, files, supplier sources, and data you are entitled to access and process.
2. Google authorization
Google-connected functions require your consent. Read the privacy policy and Google consent screen before connecting an account. Permissions may allow access to all spreadsheets or broad Drive file access, including changes and deletion. Selecting files in a workflow does not reduce the permissions granted to its credentials. Do not authorize access you do not understand or accept.
3. Your responsibilities
Protect your Google account and n8n access. Do not share passwords, tokens, or client secrets. Review workflow configuration, file destinations, and results before relying on them. Do not use the tracker to bypass access controls, misuse another person’s information, violate supplier website terms, or perform unlawful activities. Maintain appropriate copies of important records before enabling actions that can alter or delete them.
4. Price information and availability
Supplier prices and availability may change, and automated observations may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect. Confirm prices, units, shipping, taxes, availability, and purchase conditions directly with the supplier before making a purchasing decision. No uninterrupted operation, update frequency, accuracy, or fitness for a particular use is promised.
5. Third-party services
Google, n8n, hosting providers, and supplier sources are separate services with their own terms and policies. Changes or interruptions in those services can affect the workflow. This project is not represented as endorsed by Google, n8n, or Cloudflare.
6. Stopping use
You may stop using the workflow and revoke Google access at any time. The operator may pause, change, or discontinue private access. Revocation does not delete information already stored; see the privacy policy for deletion requests and retention details.
7. Limitations and changes
The workflow is provided as available, without a service-level commitment or guarantee against data loss. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The operator may revise these terms as the workflow changes; the effective date identifies this version. Ask the operator about any concern before continuing use.
